About the Awards

The Centralines Central Hawke’s Bay Sport and Recreation Awards aim to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of Central Hawke’s Bay volunteers, athletes, and coaches. 

The awards also recognise innovation, excellence and contribution to sport and recreation in Central Hawke’s Bay from grassroots through to the elite level.

How to Nominate

Read before you start

Review the Nomination Criteria and Helpful Hints documents before filling in anything. These will help you write the strongest possible nomination.

Complete the online form

All nominations must be submitted online. You can return to update or adjust your nomination at any time during the nomination period.

Email a photo

Every nomination must include a media-quality photograph (at least 10 cm × 10 cm) of the nominee or team. Send it to: rachelg@sporthb.net.nz
